I’ve spent years interviewing top CEOs, ministers and government leaders globally. But I have also spent the last 15 years working with entrepreneurs just starting their businesses. Overtime I’ve observed who ends up starting their business and who doesn’t.
I wrote down what I learned about Goal Getters vs. Goal Setters.
- They do their homework.
- They allow themselves to be mentored and concede they don’t know everything.
- They have a higher threshold for risk taking that the average Joe (which they build by taking small steps and having small wins overtime).
- They know WHY they want it (even if they don’t yet know the how).
- They don’t self-sabotage with doubt.
- They approach life with optimism. They have faith.
